(57)【要約】 【課題】 簡単な構造で建築手間を掛けずに免震に対応 できるようにする。 【解決手段】 上部構造部Juと下部構造部Jdとの間 に、それらの相対横揺れエネルギーを吸収自在な免震装 置3を介装させてある免震階Tを設け、免震階Tを昇降 自在な階段部Kを、上部構造部Juと下部構造部Jdと にわたって設けてある免震建物構造において、階段部K は、上部構造部Juに支持された上部階段部Kuと、下 部構造部Jdに支持された下部階段部Kdとを、上部構 造部Juと下部構造部Jdとの相対横揺れに伴う横移動 を許容自在な階段切断部10を挟んだ状態に設けて構成 し、上部構造部Juと下部構造部Jdと間に、それら夫 々の相対横揺れに伴う横移動を許容自在な構造切断部8 を設け、階段切断部10と構造切断部8とを、同一面内 に配置してある。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation with a simple structure without taking much labor in construction. SOLUTION: In this base isolation structure of building, a base isolation floor T is provided between an upper structural part Ju and a lower structural part Jd. A base isolation device 3 capable of absorbing the relative rolling energy of the upper and lower structural parts is provided in the base isolation floor T. A stairway part K capable of being hoisted through the base isolation floor T is provided through the upper structural part Ju and the lower structural part Jd. The stairway part K is formed by providing an upper stairway part Ku supported on the upper structural part Ju and a lower stairway part Kd supported on the lower structural part Jd through a stairway cutting part 10 allowing the lateral movement of the upper structural part Ju and the lower structural part Jd due to the relative rolling thereof. A structure cutting part 8 allowing the lateral movement of the upper structural part Ju and the lower structural part Jd due to the relative rolling thereof is provided between the upper structural part Ju and the lower structural part Jd. The stairway cutting part 10 is disposed flush with the structure cutting part 8.
